This website is operated by 3Hs, a home-care provider serving Ottawa and the surrounding National Capital Region. It provides information about our medical and non-medical home-care services and lets you contact us, book an assessment, and apply to join our team.

The content on this site — including our news & tips articles — is provided for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the guidance of your physician, a Registered Nurse, or another qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition. 3. Using our forms
When you submit our contact, booking, or job-application forms, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the forms only for their intended purpose. Submitting a form is a request for contact or service — it does not by itself create a care agreement. Any care we provide is governed by a separate written service agreement.
Service availability. Home-care services are capacity-dependent. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee service availability: services are subject to assessment, staffing availability, and acceptance by 3Hs. We will let you know promptly whether we can take on the care you have requested.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit spam or malicious content, scrape the site at scale, or use it in any way that is unlawful or that could harm 3Hs, our clients, or other visitors.
5. Intellectual property
The 3Hs name, logo, text, and images on this site are the property of 3Hs or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute our content without our written permission.
6. Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those external sites.
7. Availability & changes
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We may update, change, or remove content and these terms at any time. Each revision receives a new version number and effective date, shown below.
